National Guard Unit Back in U.S.

They aren t back home yet but they are back on U-S soil 119 members of the National Guard s Engineer Battalion based out of Minot have arrived at Camp Shelby in Mississippi Six other soldiers have decided to extend their duty in Iraq The unit has been on active duty since June of 2007 leading security forces from several states during its mission The guard members are expected to be back in North Dakota by the weekend
